The Expecting Athlete in Training--the Manual
It's okay if you missed the class or live too far away to
join us. You can train correctly throughout your pregnancy by using
this program on your own. The Manual for the Expecting Athlete in Training
contains guidelines for how hard to exercise and which exercises are
appropriate during each trimester. The exercises are geared toward core
strength, joint stability, balance, posture, and of course, weight control.
