Individual Fitness TrainingSelf-coaching fitness program

Starter Session This package is for the self-motivated individual who’s looking for a customized program to do on his or her own. It includes two sessions and an illustrated program book.
$150

Self-coaching This plan is the perfect follow-through after a Starter Session. The self-motivated athlete gets a new program every month keeping their fitness goals and training cycles at the forefront of consideration. Great for event training or those that need the accountability.
$80 per month

Accountability Training package This is a four week package of four individual training sessions. It includes the movement evaluation and is perfect for those that need a little more accountability and guidance while still training mostly on his or her own.
$65 per session

Performance package: 12-session programPerformance Package This is a 12 session package. Meeting at least once a month, we conduct a movement evaluation and create a customized program. It’s perfect for those who want accountability and results. $62.50 per session

Semi-Private Sessions This package is for people who wish to train together. It can be applied to the self-coaching package, the accountability package, or performance package for an additional $20 per person per session. A great way to economize and socialize!

In-home training You have the equipment, now maximize the benefits by having a trainer come to your house and teach you how to use it most effectively. This is offered in conjunction with the other packages.

Expecting Athlete in Training (EAT)

Prenatal fitness with Elevate Conditioning, Boulder COMany women come to Boulder to train, elite and recreational athletes alike. What happens when they become pregnant? They come to EAT. This class is designed to maintain core strength, joint stability (particularly in the hips and back), maintain balance, and regulate weight gain.

“Prepare for the Marathon of Pregnancy and Delivery!”

What other pre-natal fitness class is taught by an Ob/Gyn, provides snacks, utilizes the great outdoors, and includes a 30 minute personal training session?

Fitness during Pregnancy with Elevate Conditioning
  • Join us Saturdays Sept.10th-Oct. 29th at 9a.m. for workouts designed to control weight-gain and improve balance, posture, and joint stability.
  • We’ll meet at Elevate Conditioning,1810 30th St, suite F, and we’ll walk to Scott Carpenter Park to workout. Pre-registration is required ($15 per class).
  • Bring a towel, water, and a physioball if you own one.

Christine Neff: Personal training coach for prenatal exercise

The class is co-taught by Ruth Weinberg and Christine Neff. Ruth is an Ob/Gyn and has delivered hundreds of babies at Boulder Medical Center. She is certified as a personal trainer through NSCA and ACE. Christine is Co-owner of Elevate Conditioning, has been certified by ACSM, and has taught group exercise since 1989.

Functional Fitness Training Class Coming in October of 2005 to be held at 7a.m. at Iron Works Fitness. Details coming soon.

The Conditioned Skier—October 2005 This class is for Nordic, alpine, and telemark skiers. Build your legs and your core and be ready for the season at the outset.

Core Strength for Endurance Athletes—January 2006 This class is for cyclists, triathletes, runners, cross-country skiers, and any athlete who wants to improve their performance, efficiency or time while decreasing risk of injury.
