High Altitude Cross Training Class

Spring Schedule

 

It's the most effective and efficient way to get (and stay) in shape!  Led by long-time canyon resident and personal trainer, Christine Neff, classes begin with a yoga-style warm up followed by a fast-paced circuit of strength and body weight exercises.  Class wraps up with flexibility and regeneration.


Mondays 5:30 p.m. at the CCCIA Hall

Wednesdays 9a.m. at the CCCIA Hall

Fridays at Noon at SCOTT CARPENTER PARK in Boulder


Spring 1 series: Feb 24-Mar 26

Spring 2 series: April 5-May 14


The cost is $12 per class.  Discounts are available by purchasing all classes in a series on or before the first day of the session ($10 each).  You pay only $8 for any second class in one week!
